Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your data

If you have interacted with ContentHelper through Instagram and wish to have your data deleted, you can:

1. Send an email to privacy@biafax.it with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your Instagram username in the email
3. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What data we delete

• Your Instagram User ID from our database
• Any interaction logs associated with your account

Automatic deletion

Even without a manual request, all user data is automatically purged after 30 days of inactivity.
