ContentHelper ("the App") is a tool that helps content creators automatically send free resources (guides, PDFs, links) to users who request them via keyword comments on Instagram posts. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect

When you interact with our App through Instagram, we may collect:

• Instagram User ID — your unique Instagram-scoped identifier, used to send you the requested resource via Direct Message.
• Comment text — the content of your comment on a post, used solely to detect keyword triggers (e.g., "GUIDE", "LINK").

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, photos, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Detect keyword triggers in comments
• Send you the requested free resource via Instagram Direct Message

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Data Retention

Comment data is processed in real-time and not stored permanently. Instagram User IDs may be retained for up to 30 days to avoid sending duplicate messages, after which they are automatically deleted.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@biafax.it. We will process your request within 7 business days.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the Meta Graph API (Instagram) to receive comment notifications and send Direct Messages. Meta's own privacy policy applies to data processed by their platform: Meta Privacy Policy.

7. Security

All data transmission occurs over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed to end users.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
